If you answered mostly a) then you and your partner enjoy great sexual compatibility, if you answered b) then things are pretty good but there is room for improvement, but if you answered c) then you need to give some serious thought to things in the bedroom. Here are five top tips for keeping you and your partner’s in sexual harmony:
/ Use fantasy-chat (It can be anything from very gentle to very racy) to let your partner know what turns you on. Take turns discussing fantasies to find out what he enjoys, too!
/ If feeling shy use your behaviour to encourage the things that feel good. Take his hand and place it where you'd like to be touched - then keeping your hand on top of his subtly show him how to move his hand.
/ Listen to his sex sounds as a guide to what he's enjoying. Too frequently we tune our partner out, but his pleasure noises will tell you he's enjoying what you’re doing so you can do more of it.
/ Always put yourself in his shoes before you suggest something new. If the tables were turned, and he was making the suggestion, how would you like him to do it? Thinking in this way will make sure you don't hurt his feelings or put his nose out of joint.
/ Big changes in your sex life can seem daunting so make small ones. Occasionally change the time of day that you have sex (eg, from morning to night), change the place you have sex (eg, from your bed to your sofa) and shift into a slightly different position.
