How do people view you at work?
Have you ever thought about how your colleagues might see you? Well, in today's express you can take my mini quiz to find out your workplace ‘profile’. There are one of five main profiles including the ‘mouse’, ‘ever popular’ and the ‘ bully’. Speaking of which it's quite shocking to read about the Prime Minister's alleged it temper and bullying style in the office. I honestly find that surprising - but then again 99% of politicians learn how to put on a veneer of calm and confidence when addressing the public.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: Many, many people confide in me that they feel bullied. So I'm putting on my homepage an article about bullying today. No one should feel that way - at work, in their home from their partner, or at school as children. And if you're a bully yourself then check out my Articles under the "Powerful Living" section on anger issues.
Forgot to say on Saturday that we watched the EastEnders 'who killed our Archie?' episode Saturday as we were out Friday night. Mighty disappointed and I would've preferred a regular filmed version! It started out with 'Jack' messing up his lines, and it ended with Bradley twitching his finger after he'd plummeted off the roof. You know I'm a diehard Eastenders fan - the only soap I watch - and I'm so sorry 'Bradders' is out. He was one of those characters that didn't make much of a mark early on, but you couldn't help but grow fond of him with all his troubles and heartache over Stacey. It makes you wonder who her new love interest is going to be? Back to the arms of Max??
Watched the Michael Caine film - Is Anyone There? - yesterday afternoon (it was so grey just wanted to cuddle up on the sofa!). It had an amazing cast with the cream of our 'elder' actors plus Annamarie Duff - however it was fairly duff to be honest. We then watched some of the BAFTAs and I said to the hubby that I'd really like to go next year - as he’s a member we could’ve, but it does cost an arm and leg to buy tickets. But such fun to dress up in a forck and see some of the stars of the acting world up close.
I've put up a new ‘your e-mail of the week’ from Mick - he wants to know how to chat up women. I've seen lots of fab e-mails from you and I had a big response to my article on women addicted to the Internet in the Daily Mail recently. Keep dry - it's soooo wet out, love, Pam X
