Tis the season to be single, interfering in your friend's relationship...
Calling all single women heading into the holiday season - I've written an article in today's Sun newspaper about Tis a season to be single - so many reasons to embrace your singledom very merrily! Check it out for some top tips.
Hope you're looking forward to the weekend... maybe you'll see a friend -- and they have a new boyfriend or girlfriend? And you've got a view on them! Well, just posted an article about our temptation to pass comment on our friends' relationships.
If you feel tempted check it out at “hot off the press" on my homepage (gawwwdddd I'm tempted so often but I don't butt in - sometimes I'm bursting to pass comment so I have to zip my lips).
V excited about the filming a TV pilot tomorrow for E4 - can't say anything about it until I know if it'll be a go for a series. Fingers crossed, it’d be fun. Who knows it may not work out but I'm going to enjoy the filming whatever happens.
TODAY’S TIP: but back to interfering in friend's relationships - it's so easy to fill know what's best for them. After all you know a friend inside out... but that doesn't mean you have any right to stick your oar in to their new relationship.
Look out for your friends but don't feel you can run their relationships with them.
The exception is if you suspect any abuse - emotional or physical - then you've every right to ask them what's happening.
Yesterday I had lunch with a colleague (who's on maternity leave) and her gorgeous five month old son - the hubby would freak if he knew how broody it made me! We were joined by another colleague and it was lovely to catch up. And this baby was like a phenomenon at good restaurant behaviour - a real delight.
Have a lovely weekend, Pam x
