Hey guys how are your confidence levels? Lap dancing and the ladeez, generosity...
Calling all men - how confident are you? I've written a quiz for MSN UK Him channel that's gone live - take it and find out if your confidence needs a boost!
It was fab filming lots of segments for Body in Balance television yesterday - will keep you posted when the series comes out - it's about sex and relationships. They were such a lovely team - I'm fighting a cold but they kept me topped up with teas and drinks.
Do ladeez and lap dancing mix?? well increasing numbers of women are going to lap dancing clubs for nights out and I've commented on this in today's Sun newspaper... if you've got bags of confidence and you're a feisty woman it can be fun.
But a fair few women get pressured by their partners to go and absolutely hate it. They feel they can't compete with the bodies of the lap dancers. You're not in any competition with them believe me - 99% of your partner's wouldn't compare you - but I can still understand your feelings.
And even some women with confidence wouldn't like the atmosphere - no one should feel pressured!
TODAY’S THOUGHT: sticking with confidence - research shows that a lack of confidence affects every area of your life - love, work, friendships, family relationships how much you drink and so much more.
We talk about confidence every day but people really pay attention to what it means. So, do you let things eat away at you? Do you obsess over things you could of done better or wish you had said? Do you get annoyed when others do well? These and a zillion other things are signs of low self-confidence.
Boost yours today- the biggest, single tip I'd give is: turn that nasty little devil on your shoulder that chatters away negative things to you [I'm no good, I'm never going to achieve anything, no one likes me, I'm unworthy etc. Etc.] into a soothing and calming voice that boosts you up.
Practice changing that negative voice into a positive one every single day - good luck with it.
We should be proud - such a generous nation having already given £42million to the East African drought victims - it's not all doom and gloom the way we treat each other.
Amazing about the man with the plastic heart - gives so much hope to people with heart problems - like a courageous person I know.
Happy Wednesday, Pamx
