No accounting for my tastes...
Hurrying into a meeting but I hope the rain won't scupper your plans for the weekend. Had friends head off to the Reading Festival yesterday and have had texts from them this morning about the oceans of mud!
Can’t wait - going to the Proms with friends tonight. Then have the mum-in-law arriving for the weekend so won't be able to see Die Antwoord play in Victoria Park tomorrow. I know… my musical tastes vary extremely.
Will finish this later and post a new "your e-mail of the week" then. Maybe it'll be yours - keep them coming - thanks! I'M BACK AND HAVE JUST POSTED A NEW YOUR EMAIL OF THE WEEK - Kayla's on the verge of adultery. Click on the Gold Star on my homepage to read her e-mail and my answer.
Today's Thought: I've been thinking about her e-mail and so often we want to "get back" at a partner that's treating us badly or neglecting us. Getting back is never as satisfying as actually sorting it out! Yup, in one sense it might "feelgood" to know you're doing something that would upset them. But such feelings are short lived and not satisfying at a deeper level.
If you've got the urge to get back your partner maybe it's time you completely re-evaluate the way you to communicate. And if they're really so awful maybe it's time to leave the relationship.
Now, on a happier note I hope you have a fabulous bank holiday weekend but every you're doing, Pamx
