The sky won't fall in and X Factor madness...
Had to laugh when I saw some quotes of mine in today's Express newspaper - the article had to be shortened and if read quickly it looks like I'm telling people to have embarrassing moments like accidentally tucking your skirt into your tights when you leave the lady's loo.
No, definitely not I meant to put yourself in what you see as potentially embarrassing situations like singing karaoke or auditioning for am-dram. When you do things like that you find the sky doesn't fall in!
Talk about embarrassing moments - how on earth did Wagner stay in the X Factor?? He cant sing it and he can't shake it. And lovely John got the boot… it must be people putting two fingers up to Simon Cowell and voting for Wagner and as a joke-vote.
Quite frankly what we're supposed to be "guilty pleasures" clearly were not - then the judges end up bitching about the song choices about the judges.
Matt was an absolute star - doing Britney with his acoustic guitar was genius. His voice is unique and he knows how to use it.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: I'm always telling people to find their USP - unique selling point - I hate that saying that it's true. Put your twist, your stamp, a bit of your identity on the things you do. Don't be afraid of showing what makes you unique.
Glad to see I'm not alone in loving the Kings of Leon new album – best first week album sales so far in 2010.
Have a happy Monday, Pam X
