Couple's troubles, spare a thought for the children caught up in it...
Woot - it's Friday - hope you've got great plans or simply time to relax at the weekend.

I'm still amazed by what’s happened in the Middle East and fearful of Libya ending up in civil war... which it pretty much is already. It confirms to me once again that if you scratch the surface of a human being then you find powerful, angry and ugly emotions bubbling to the surface.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: Spare a thought for the children who are caught up in these terrible violent situations. What are they seeing, what are they learning? That to solve problems it takes to mention violence? Dig deep if you can for the various amazing children's charities that are trying to help get these children the basic necessities.
