Back to life in London - I chatted to a friend-in-need yesterday - she suspects her husband's cheating and doesn't know how to handle it. That's a terrible dilemma to be in - when you don't have actual proof but you know something's up.
The first step is to sit him down face-to-face and analyse his reaction to what you have to say. Hopefully you'll know your partner well enough to judge their reaction. Fingers crossed I hope my friend's wrong but I have to say it doesn't sound good.
Got asked to record some commentary for a documentary on body image issues - unfortunately the recording date is when we're away in three weeks time. This is a big issue, pardon my pun, and having researched this area before I know how many people it affects.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: if you struggle with a negative body image resist obsessing about it - fight against your thoughts that say you're not good enough. And repeatedly remind yourself that you're more than your physique - so much more!
