Infidelity and big lips...
It's Tuesday - so it means my agony slot on Tom Dunne's show at 11 AM. The producer has told me that a couple of the topics listeners have asked me about include 'postnatal depression' (PND) and 'can you forgive after an affair' - some major life dilemmas!
When it comes to possibly forgiving after an affair - and taking your errant lover back - I've written an article about this - so check out the ‘love and relationships’ section on my site for some important tips to consider.
The biggest issue when you're thinking about this? Can you two change what led to the affair in the first place? Of course no one should drop their trousers - and have a fling - when angry or upset or feeling neglected at home but you still must look at the ‘whys’ behind their bad behaviour if you're going to stay together.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: if you've been toying with the idea of having a fling, maybe flirting with someone at work, think about your partner doing the same thing. How would that make you feel? Sometimes I think people wouldn't go ahead with infidelity if they really pictured that - then they might be able to guess the sort of pain infidelity can cause. Worth thinking about!
Loving the Lost Prophets on XFM last night. Listened a bit before meeting my friend for a lovely little catch up dinner.
Oh dear, if someone as beautiful as Cheryl Cole feels the need to do something to their lips, what hope is there for the rest of us?? This is a classic example of someone who everyone considers beautiful - who doesn't feel beautiful enough themselves. Where do these feelings end?
Take care, Pam X
