Take a page out of...
Seeing the coverage of the brave 7/7 on yesterday's anniversary was heartening. The pain and rehabilitation they’ve endured over five long years hasn't dented their spirits.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: I think we can all take a page out of their book. And when we're moaning about life's little trials and tribulations, take stock and remember how lucky we all are. I make a point every day and being thankful for my family and friends - sees me through the stresses and strains. I hope you're aware of what you can be thankful for - and enjoy this colourful life!
On a lighter note I had a brilliant time out at the Big Brother studios yesterday evening. They work so hard to deliver a fun and quirky programme - and it was so much fun to do it. Met Emma Willis for the first time and she’s even more stunning in real life than on telly. Don't you just hate it?! J
In today's Daily Express I have a little feature on jealousy based on the pictures of Geri Halliwell freaking out - the thing you really shouldn't do in public when you think you're partner has stared just a little bit too long at an attractive person.
Not only will you push someone away with such OT T jealous behaviour but it's always better to chat about these things calmly - and ask them to show basic respect. And don't forget you probably take the occasional sneaky peek at an attractive person. We all do, it's human nature!
I forgot to tell you I got the okay for the moles I was worried about. The doc wants me to come back in six months just in case they change. With the hot weather we've been having - and you decked out in your swimwear - it's the perfect time to ask a family member or friend to have a look at your back to see if there's any strange looking moles.
Running into meetings now, hope to get a new "your e-mail of the week" posted at today - get e-mailing now if there’s a burning issue you want me to comment on - or give you a little advice if you're stuck with a dilemma.
Love, Pam X
