So much fallout, have you been arguing...
So much fallout from one day - why don't we have more resistance to social pressures like Valentine’s? As I've said in the last few days - romance is great if you both want it - personally I love it - but many people just don't care - or many aren't in the position to celebrate if they're single.
Have had lots of e-mails about arguments between couples on Valentine’s night, loneliness, etc. Make sure you get your e-mail in before tomorrow morning as I'll answer one tomorrow as I do every Thursday. Get in touch on my homepage by selecting the Goldstar and e-mailing.
Sorry I can't answer everyone's but I work a very long week and run my own site - so it's just not possible.
Going to do a guilty pleasures catch up late tonight and watch the last few EastEnders on the planner...wonder what's going on with Roxy and Jack fighting over Amy... and the horrible Derek stirring everything up. Will Bianca find love with her ex? Yep, I'm well and truly hooked!
TODAY’S TIP: I was getting a bit ‘spiritual’ yesterday and remembered this old Indian saying: The love you give yourself first allows you to love others...
Think about it - how can you love others if you don't know how to love yourself first? Believe it!
So looking forward to see my old producer from my nearly 5 years at LBC radio later today for coffee... Lots of gos to catch up on! Nothing like a little coffee date look forward to to brighten the work day.
We should all treasure these little moments in our day... otherwise it's so easy to let the stresses and strains pile up.
Look after yourself, Pam x
