Danni Minogue is like a porcelain doll...
The Christmas season officially opened as far as I'm concerned last night. Standing right near Danni Minogue (she was surrounded by a gaggle of guys) after she drew the raffle for the Terrence Higgins Trust event I couldn't believe how teeny tiny she is. She's like a little porcelain doll with perfect features. She looks slim - but average height on TV - I felt like a giant towering over her in my very high heels.
Talking of high heels - my ankle’s killing me from mine, having rushed from one event to another. I only have myself to blame!
Yesterday afternoon I had a fun interview with Clodagh Walsh at Waterford FM in Eire - she wanted to interview me about my creative parenting book on interpreting your child's dreams. What a lovely, intelligent presenter - she asked me a number of thoughtful questions.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: if you have the chance to chat to someone new have the confidence to ask what you want and find out about them. Obviously you don't ask anything intimate because there's a big difference between intimate and personal. But I find when I'm doing the interviewing by far the majority of people are happy to answer questions about themselves and their lives.
Glad to see that Tony Blair is getting the bad press he so truly deserves over the lies that took us into the war. But will he ever face real justice? Sadly I doubt it.
But let's not get too serious because it's the weekend - hope you have a good one! I hope this weekend to finally get around to taping some more audio for the "relax and let go" part of my site - there's only one piece of audio but I promise more up soon. Love, Pamx
