Time to reflect, dream analysis, Sex Academy, bro-mances, Leonardo...
Take a moment today to reflect on those who've lost their lives to keep us safe. I don't know what numerologists would say but today's an incredible date - 11th day of the 11th month of 2011.
In today's Sun newspaper I've written about the 10 most common dream and nightmare symbols and what they signify. It's based on recent sleep research showing how wakeful we are as a nation - crikey were missing out on sleep! And sometimes but wakes this is a pleasurable dream or a horrible nightmare.
Also today on the Sun newspaper ONLINE my new Sex and Love Academy 'lecture' goes live... this fortnight's lecture is about friends with fringe benefits. I've included some ground rules - the dos and don'ts of sleeping with a friend plus some hot sex tips to spice things up.
And Sun newspaper writer Laura Stott's reported on bro-mances - and I've commented on how couples can handle this three-way relationship in today's Sun. I feel if you're in a committed relationship your partner comes - first your best mate comes second - that's clearly hoping for debate!
TODAY’S TIP: Back to FWB - if you're occasionally (or regularly) sleeping with a friend because neither of you are in a relationship - beware of the most important thing: that you don't fall in love with them when they're not falling in love with you too!
This is the biggest complication of FWB (friends with benefits) - where one of the two friends wants to turn it into a full love-relationship - and the other isn't interested.
By all means as consenting adults enjoy your FWB but just keep honest with each other about your feelings and if they change over time from simply being FWB to wanting more.
Yay - v excited to go with a friend this afternoon to the Leonardo da Vinci exhibition - it's best to be fabulous!
New tune for the weekend: DJ Muggs and Dizzee Rascal’s Snap Your Neck Back – woot - the ever so talented Dizzee' s back!
Have a lovely weekend, Pam x
