Date nights and feeling good...
Looking forward to chatting to lots of radio stations today about the Aviva Feel Good / ‘Tell us your story’ survey into the nation's happiness and well-being! The survey found that what makes people happy includes relationships, health, financial security but also a crucial little things that make a difference to your well-being like feeling appreciated and valued - unfortunately we do not feel valued enough!
In today's Daily Express newspaper I've given an interview about "date nights" for couples - a very good idea to keep the spark alive - take a look if you think they might help your relationship.
Today on my iVillage.co.uk blog I discussed when one should do when her fiance has a thing for sex outdoors. Yup, there are many joys to "alfresco" sex but she feels like she is not good enough anymore and without risky sex thrown in.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: never, ever underestimate how the things you ask for in bed (or outside!) can make your partner feel inside. If you're not tactful and thoughtful when suggesting something new to try they can feel pretty awful inside - unattractive and like you're bored with them. In my book Sizzling Sex (on my homepage) there are loads of tips for getting what you want in bed.
Running off to get stuck into these interviews - I may just be chatting to your region of the country at some point today. Fingers crossed that you're feeling valued and appreciated - if not, let your loved ones know! Pam X
