The dreams that you don't want to come true...
Going to finally see Drive in a special screening - can't wait - love Ryan Gosling!
It's Thursday again - so I've just posted a new "your e-mail of the week" – select the gold star on my homepage and you can see Jonathan's dilemma - he's dreamt his wife is having an affair...the sort of dream you don't want to come true!
Our dreams are fascinating creations of our sleeping mind. Sometimes their concoctions of things that have actually happened - and we just replay events from our waking life. Other times as in Jonathan's case they might be incredibly surprising and disturbing.
Filming something about Celebrity Big Brother - should be interesting but can't say anymore until the series starts.
Having a fun but exhausting week - what's the saying? "Tired and emotional" - yep, pretty much there! Why does everyone have to have Christmas 'drinks' or parties? Why can't we spread the fun out over the year? I'm on my knees - hope you're okay!
Went to a little Italian for one thing yesterday - called Cristini in Sussex Place, W2 - really tasty food and lovely staff (that makes a change!) - you know I don't always name-check places but they're worth it if you're in the area.
TODAY’S TIP: back to the sleeping mind - people are getting far worse sleep at this time of year than any other. Mainly because of stress levels and too much alcohol.
If you think a few drinks help you sleep you're absolutely wrong - more than just a drink or two and it can interrupt your sleep!
I hate to be a party pooper but try alternating alcoholic drinks with non-alcoholic ones - you can still have fun when you're not completely plastered!
Glad to see that Little Mix are promoting the message that you don't have to booze to have fun - a message I'm always banging on about - had an amazing time at a Christmas lunch yesterday - all I had was one glass of fizz and many non-alcoholic drinks - did I have less fun than anyone else? No!
And seeing ex-X Factor contestant Frankie Cacozza pictured in a terrible state after blagging his way into the wrap party - I know who's head is feeling better this morning. That lad needs help... I only hope he gets it very soon.
Take care and tonight I hope you have a happy dream, Pam x
