Being ill yesterday I couldn't go to the celebration of the success of the NAPAC Support line (The National Association for People Abused in Childhood) - they do such fantastic work and if you're an adult survivor of abuse don't hesitate to get in touch with their support line - 0800-085-3330.
The people who answer the phone lines are specially trained and the service is completely confidential.

Loving TEED’s track Trouble - check out the video.
Woot - oldest pals are coming around for a barbecue tomorrow and I can try out all my new rustic Mediterranean food on them...er, hopefully they'll survive the experience!
Have a great weekend, Pamx
