Watch that body language...
Loving Example's new track 'Won't Go Quietly' this morning - talk about happy tunes! Check him out if you don't know him.
In today's Sun I've written about couples in crisis after Christmas - you can take my mini-quiz and my advice if you're in this position. I hope you're not!
Looking forward to doing the Tom Dunne show today on Dublin Newstalk after 11 a.m. You can listen in on the Net and get involved by e-mailing or texting your dilemma to me. We've got lots of interesting dilemmas coming in for today's show from what the producer told me yesterday .
Also getting ready to do lots of radio interviews tomorrow about the film It's Complicated that I mentioned yesterday. There are so many relationship themes that emerged from it and I'm doing a number of radio shows across the country discussing these themes.
I'm loving Stephanie Beacham on Celebrity Big Brother who immediately pulled up Stephen Baldwin for hating Obama. Good on her - you go girl! Putting aside Stephen’s politics he's going to be one to watch, what with all his quirks. And fantastic for him coming up to 20 or 21 years of sobriety - didn't quite catch exactly what he was saying on last night's instalment and I watched after being out to dinner with friends - but it was a very long time.
Today I'm going to be doing some Celebrity Big Brother body language for the Orange website (the body language gallery will go live tomorrow) - revealing the secrets about what the celebrities are really thinking of each other!
TODAY’S THOUGHT: If you notice a piece of body language that tells your intuition ‘something’ about someone then believe it. It might signal to you that they're feeling negatively towards you, warm towards you, upset, nervous, unhappy, etc. We are all highly-tuned body language ‘scientists’ even if we aren’t consciously aware of it.
Despite the freeze outside I hope you have a wonderful, warm-hearted day, hugs, Pam X
