Good times, more body language, camp-tastic...
Woot – sun’s shining again - heading out to the park in a mo’ for a gentle jog! 'Gentle' is definitely the correct description!
Did Sky Sunrise yesterday morning - enjoyable and short and sweet - we sped through some highlights from the royal wedding looking at William and Catherine's body language.
Not sure how I managed to get up that early after our camp-tastic post-wedding dinner party Friday night - was a complete laugh. We served only British food with bangers (super tasty ones) and mash (super garlicky) as the main. Everyone got into the spirit - one of our friends brought us a pressie of ‘Prince William’ champagne - don't know whether to drink it or hang onto it as a souvenir.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: the best times are always about having a bit of fun, with some good pals, and simple food. That's also a good excuse - having simple food - for not having to cook anything out of the ordinary!
Last night flopped in front of Shark - we've been recording it - have about 6 to catch up on... after the second one I'm not sure it's worth watching any more... have always loved James Woods but he's not doing it for me. He's become too "Hollywood" - seems to be over-acting.
Check out Ed Sheeran for some super chilled out bank holiday tunes.
I've always liked Rhona Cameron – a funny, smart woman - but crikey she needs to take a sugar pill - she sounded so bitter on radio 4 this morning. She got unnecessarily ranty - I love strong opinions (I've got mine) but there was something grinding about her comments - practically needed to switch off.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend, Pam x
