Aphrodisiacs, cheating partners, weird allergies...
So, no surprises that the website encouraging people already in relationships to have flings behind their partner’s back are now putting on events... how sad! I've commented in today's Times newspaper about this - why not put that energy into your relationship rather than a fling and maybe things will improve.
And look at it from the other side - how would you feel if your partner was going behind your back??
Many couples look for ways spicing things up and later today on my weekly iVillage UK Love Clinic I've answered a dilemma about whether aphrodisiacs can help do so...er, it's not that simple! Take a look for some aphrodisiac advice - I've included some of the most "effective" as well as some other tips.
Poor old Freddie Starr having an allergic reaction in the celebrity jungle - some papers say it's to camel parts - having a couple weird allergies myself I know how unusual things can set them off!
TODAY’S TIP: back to aphrodisiacs - many health food shops stock capsules and/or tinctures made from a variety of aphrodisiacs but you should never take such things without checking with your doctor first. If you're on any prescription medication some of these preparations can definitely affect it.
And never double up the dose thinking you'll get twice the sex-factor! You might get a lot more than you bargained for like making yourself ill - always follow instructions. I'm sure I don't have to tell you this but never buy such things off the Internet!
Looking forward to catching up with an old pal for drinks tonight - she's been doing some exotic travel - can't wait to hear about it, you know how much I love travel!
Happy Tuesday, Pam x
