Tumble down like a house of cards, the green eyed monster, good music...
Is it possible that Ryan Giggs is the next Tiger Woods? If all the allegations are true - and they haven't been proven - he needs serious help.
In my work I've come across people who've had affairs with brother- or sister-in-laws - talk about tearing out the heart of a family.
I have found that those who treat their family with dishonesty and deception - thinking they'll get away with it - find their lives tumble down like a house of cards once the first lie's revealed.
My quiz on the green eyed monster - how jealous you are - has gone live on MSN UK’s Him Channel. If you're a guy who struggles with jealousy do take the quiz and check out the advice.
When in the grip of it, those with jealousy often feel out of control - their jealous behaviour seems to spring from 'nowhere'. But it usually springs from a deep well of insecurity.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: I've been on the receiving end of jealous behaviour when I was much younger - it's horrible - it can be frightening and overwhelming. My word of warning to any woman or man (women can get jealous too as we all know) who feels their partner's behaving in a jealous way is to set your boundaries very, very early on.
Don't tolerate it, encourage them to get help, and don't stay with them if they won't get help.
Catching up on music I listened back to Radio 1’s Live Lounge with Example the other day - a truly gifted guy! Absolutely love the track Changed the Way You Kiss Me.
Also listened to a bit of the Nero - BBC orchestra collaboration on Radio 1 Monday night - love a bit of Nero (quality dub-step) but their collab isn't as good as a different collab I've just come across - the Cat's Eyes project from Faris Badwan, of the Horrors, and opera singer Rachel Zeffira - saw them late-night on Channel 4 last week - completely fab, psychedelic 60s pop, orchestral hybrid. Definitely check them out. Looking forward to the new Kasabian in album.
I don't want to open my next energy bill if we end up the way they have in Scotland - horrendous hikes are looking likely... I've gone a bit OCD about saving energy where ever possible... still the bills have been getting bigger.
It's Thursday tomorrow so get in touch and I'll post a new "your e-mail of the week" tomorrow. Happy Wednesday, Pam x
