Ring me Sunday night, mums behaving badly, getting more sex, tearful moments...
At 1210 I'm having a lunchtime chat with the lovely Hannah Murray from Talk Europe radio about people with commitment issues - join in online if you've experienced this.
Okay, so you two have finally ended up in bed together but are you both interested in more? Getting to know each other more? Falling more in love and having more sex?
Well, I've contributed to an article that's gone live on Men's Health online about second time sex – bedroom moves that'll mean they want more - happy reading!
V excited about the summer special I'm starting this Sunday night for BBC radio western regions - covering seven of their regions from Gloucestershire out to Guernsey - and all points in between. You can listen online and give me a ring Sunday night between 10 PM and 1 AM you can ring me during the programme on 0845 301 1034, OR text 81333, start your message with the word 'LOVE'...till Sunday night!
Woot, can’t wait - going to be fab talking to callers about all sorts of topics on the Sunday night shows and playing loads of love songs on the Saturday shows - the first Saturday will be July 9th. It’ll be the four weekends of July - and I hope you get involved.
Memo to Mrs Murray: calm down about Feliciano Lopez! The man nicknamed Deliciano is quite frankly delicious but he’s her son's opponent. Nothing - no matter how seemingly small (like text flirting) - should be done to undermine Andy at this point. Talk about mums behaving badly!
Squeezed in lunch with a friend yesty who's been really ill - and at only 34 she seems too young to have struggled with illness - but she’s looking great.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: it was lovely when she said it was her friends giving her emotional support that got her through her long illness... a bit of a tearful moment when a friend tells you something that touching.... I'm a big softy at heart and when someone says something nice - especially someone you really care about - it turns on my personal tear-taps!
So my thought is - tell the people who have supported you - or been good to you - how much you appreciate it!
Tune recommendation: Check out the Middle of the Bed by Lucy Rose for something gentle with her unique, lovely tones. And for something NON-gentle check out The Bullilts’ Landspeeder. Lovin hearing Biffy Clyro from Glastonbury.
I need to get a bigger flippin umbrella - more ‘drowned-rat moments’ in-between meetings yesterday when caught in that massive thunderstorm and my little tiny compact umbrella didn't do the trick - what a wreck I looked!
Happy Wednesday, Pam x
