Revealing some secrets of our behaviour...
I'm really looking forward to doing an item on This Morning today – what’s so fab about This Morning is they give a guest a proper amount of time, rather than rushing you through a few soundbites. I'll be revealing some 'secrets' of our night-time behaviour.
Look out for my new ‘e-mail of the week’ section coming soon – I’ll select one e-mail a week to respond to and post it on this site. Of course I wish I could reply to everyone but as well as working full time I manage my own site - so that's sadly impossible. Still, it might be yours that’s chosen and you can share a point of view or ask me for some advice on a dilemma - it's going to be fun!
TODAY’S THOUGHT: I had some disappointing news recently about a project - and one way I face disappointment is to embrace that "disappointed feeling" for an afternoon and then I’m ready to move on. I think the mistake many people make when they have a disappointment is to sweep it under the carpet. The problem with the ‘sweep it under the carpet’ technique? Those unhappy feelings will resurface whenever they’re reminded of it. Far better to really embrace those feelings, and then quite frankly you get bored of them, and you’re properly ready to move on!
Enjoy your weekend! Pam X
