It was a blast, hooking up, make a difference...
Had a blast on yesterday's Loose Women - the panel included Kate Thornton, Coleen Nolan, Carol McGiffin and Sherrie Hewson. We were talking about Steamy Sex and touched on not comparing yourself to your friends, not believing everything your friends tell you, Before-play and foreplay, some top tips and general larking about.
Calling all couples in trouble - in today's Mirror newspaper I've written a piece about resuscitating your relationship if it's ‘flat-lining’. I mentioned a couple days ago about "D day" - divorce day when more divorces are sought than at any other time of year. Glad to hear the EastEnders bosses are seeing sense - that their sensationalist baby-swap storyline is seen as a horrible twist in the cot-death storyline. We can all make a difference when we make those sorts of complaints in the right places!
Meeting a work acquaintance for lunch today - she's a fellow self-help author that I met in a TV ‘green room’ once. She's working on a book that she'd like some thoughts on.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: It's always good to link up with others in your line of work. Take a little time out of your working day to hook-up with people who are doing the same thing you're doing - we can all learn from each other.
You never know it might kickstart some ideas for your work - and I'm sure they'll appreciate any help you give them.
Speaking of TV green rooms it was a delight to meet ‘acting royalty’ yesterday in the form of Hayley Mills who was also on Loose Women.
I've had so many e-mails after yesterday that I'm going to try and squeeze an extra in this afternoon – see my homepage - it's "your e-mail of the week". Thank you, a number of you have suggested I start tweeting sex tips - watch this space.
Have a happy Friday, Pam X
