Schizophrenic about Valentine's Day and lazy lovers...
Doing This Morning television yesterday with Eamon Holmes and Ruth Langsford was fun and it was also fab to meet Alison Hammond who has a spectacular personality and should find love soon. We were doing a dating item and covered a lot of ground from how to meet someone to a bit of body language.
I think a lot of people feel such pressure with Valentine's coming up that if they're single then they're "sad". Nothing could be further from the truth and we've all had Valentine's Days on our own. I'm a bit schizophrenic when it comes to the day because part of me loves it and part of me hate the pressure it puts people under.
Today on iVillage.co.uk I've blogged about a woman's lazy lover - sadly not an uncommon issue in the bedroom. If you're with a partner who just lies back and expects you to "do the work" then check it out.
My weekly agony slot on Tom Dunne’s show got moved to today - so if you're near the Net why not listen in or e-mail a dilemma to Dublin News talk radio. The producer's told me that one important dilemma we're discussing is a man whose wife has lost her job but she still spends on luxuries. He's having a hard time getting her to face reality.
Looking forward to doing some body language analysis for Dancing on Ice, on ITV on Friday. Going to analyse which of the pair of skaters might have some sexual chemistry between them. One of my children used to ice skate and actually got to level Nine (quite high!) - wonder if this might inspire them to take it up again?
TODAY’S THOUGHT: Is there something you've left behind that you'd quite like to try again? Why not give it a go? You might find that whatever it is comes back easily. I'd love to take up piano again - it's been years since I played - who knows, maybe I'll make time for it one day in the not too distant future.
