Amazing age gap relationships, put your child first...
The week's flown by and it's Friday! Hope you have some lovely plans for the weekend - I'm heading off to the country - should be beautiful with all the autumn leaves cascading down in their reds and golds.
Amazed that Hugh Grant has only managed to see his baby daughter two or three times in five weeks - hasn't he got some family member - like his mum - to tell him to pull his socks up and spend more time with his daughter.
Or is he so selfish that the world simply revolves around him, his new 21-year-old girlfriend, filming commitments and roaring off in his Ferrari... his child seems about fourth on the list.
I used to have a crush on Hugh Grant but he's become something of a lost soul, a bit sad and even a bit tawdry - I don't have anything against age gap relationships [heck my first husband was a lot older than I am] but a 31 year age gap is one heckuva gap. Particularly when one partner is still in their 20s - we change enormously in our 20s.
TODAY’S TIP: if you're in an age gap relationship I have a couple wise words: don't ever tease the older partner about being over the hill, back in the dark ages, out of touch, etc.. You might say such things as a joke but they won't take it as one.
The more insecure they feel, the more they might try and control their younger partner. Confidence means they won't try to control. So help them build their confidence about all the wonderful things they bring to the relationship because they've had more experience of life.
Yay, the evil Dr. Khan's been discovered on EastEnders - his fault the hairs in the paternity test for Sayd and his daughter. For once the writers didn't spring out a storyline for too long - but ‘hohum factor’ has entered a number of them recently.
Begining to think the average politician and econist is no smarter than the rrest of us...unbelievable what's happenning with Greece! Also unbelievable to find out over the last year the majority of Greeks simply don't have the work ethic we have here...seemed to have the life of Larry compared to us and look where it's got them!
Hope it works out, Pam x
