Everyone needs help, memories versus memoirs, sex on the radio...
I'm trying to help a friend on some research she's doing. She's a very bright, newly-qualified counsellor who puts high demands on herself. She just needs to relax, believe in herself and get on with her research - I know she can do it!
I've been so lucky having great colleagues who’ve guided me at times when I've been quite stressed over work - we all need help at times!
In today's Express newspaper I've written about "not many memories but loads of memoirs" - how the very talented but also young X Factor winner Matt Cardle is already putting out an autobiography with lightning speed.

Thinking of party frocks had fun at a Christmas party last night in someone's home - a lot tidier than mine. Mine looks like Christmas has already been and no one's tidied up! Oh well, it'll all be shoved in cupboards before family arrives next week.
