BBLB and the things we do for love...
I'm so looking forward to being a guest again on Big Brother's Little Brother tomorrow with the gorgeous George Lamb and fab Emma Willis. It's top secret what I'll be chatting about with them.
If you love street dance then you'll love Step Up 3D - or at least take your children because they'll love it. Was great to see one of my best friends in the world last night and get lost in New York street dancing - phenomenal!
Yay, it's Tuesday and I love doing my weekly agony slot on Dublin News talk radio after 10. The producer's told me some of the dilemmas we're tackling today and one is about a woman changing her religion in order to get married to her fiance. We'll be discussing whether this is a good idea or not.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: it's absolutely fine to do so - if you're not being pressured by your partner to do it. If within your heart, you feel you love that person enough to make that change for them, then that's your choice.
Sometimes in the first flush of love, though, we'll make massive changes in our life to fit in with someone else - I can only hope when I find out more about this woman's story that this isn't a decision she's made in the first six months of falling in love.
You know the crazy things people can do in the honeymoon phase! I've done some completely crazy things when I've first fallen in love… that's another story.
Turning to the dark side - another horror story where a father - Andrew Case - annihilates his two beautiful children, his innocent wife and then himself in Fordingbridge, Hampshire. Weren't there any signs? Evidently there was a rather 'dark' posting on Facebook a couple weeks back. But surely there was something else to be spotted. Cameron talks about the Big Society but I think we all need to think about the Little Society around us - and if we see warning signs that a friend or family member is struggling - then we should ask them what's going on.
Don't let things slip by you. And if you're struggling then you need to tell someone.
I hope all's well in your world, Pam X
