The science of attraction and getting romantic...Plus away next 8 days
Ever wondered why you're attracted to someone? You can't put your finger on it but you spot them at work or out socialising and just know that they look interesting.
The science of attraction is a complicated business and in my fortnightly Sun newspaper online column today I've covered some of the easiest tips to use to attract someone.
From attraction to love letters... evidently the late American president Richard Nixon's love letters are going on display and at 10:50 AM I'm chatting to Mike Parr on BBC radio Tees about love letters - will they ever make a come back? Would you like to receive one?
If you're old enough to know what it was like before e-mail took over, say 15-16 years ago, then you know people were more likely to send a love note or card your way - lovely to receive them!
TODAY’S TIP: so you may not go out and get a romantic card to write a message in or actually send a love letter but why not surprise the person in your life by sending them a romantic e-mail or text.
Unless they going to think you have a nervous breakdown it's worth sending them the words that they can reread during the day,.
Even a simple - do I tell you enough how much I love you? [I'll let you in on a secret hear my husband once sent me a text like back] is lovely to receive.
Go on, do it and have fun with it!
I'm off for eight days now have a lovely week - might be tweeting from the Alps. I'm missing an article in the RAF newspaper coming out Friday, March 23 that I was delighted to contribute to about rookies proposing on graduation day * big up to our forces and to romance!*
Also my weekly iVillage UK Love Clinic will go to live on Wednesday 21st of March - it's a singles dilemma.
Take care of yourself, have a good week and hope the weather is fantastic here, Pamx
