From comedy to truly shocking footage, love cheats and heart break...
Looking forward to my regular agony slot on BBC radio Eastern regions with the lovely Sue Marchant - if you've got a dilemma get in touch after 8 PM tonight. Online you can check out BBC radio Cambridgeshire where she's based to get the contact details...doesn't matter what part of the country you're in. Speak later!
Woot - off to see loads of comedy at the Edinburgh Festival tomorrow for five days - can't wait to see Robin Ince, Milton Jones and a whole host of others. Will give you a heads up on who's the best.
Truly shocking riot footage coming out of North London and now there are fears it’ll spread more than it already has... You know how I feel about violence - it's never the solution. And I really feel for the homeowners and shopkeepers caught up in this frightening situation.
There's a criminal element stirring it up so they can loot...throw the book at them!
On to love cheats... so another celeb caught with his pants down -Mr. Like-able cheeky chappie Shane Richie has had a six-year affair?! Is it going to be the same old excuse - I'm special, I'm an actor, that's part of the territory that goes with me being a star!
I've heard plenty of celebs use this excuse - that their line of work means affairs happen. It's pathetic.
The amount of heartache he's caused is appalling. I'm surprised his wife is sticking by him - the affair was nearly as long as they've been together.
Amazing photos of Lady Gaga as a man... she catches a real macho vibe - almost looks intimidating. But get rid of the fags!
I was a heavy smoker in my teens and so glad I quit. True to form I now hate it with a passion. If you want to give up - before it's too late and you get some serious illness - you can do it.
Evidently Geri Halliwell’s going through a love split - never easy, in fact practically always horrible.
TODAY’S TIP: if you've gone through a breakup recently remember to "expect the unexpected" - one day you won't be able to get yourself out of bed - but the next day you might feel surprisingly okay with it.
You have to go with the flow of your emotions - just don't be surprised how they can change dramatically from one day to the next.
Definitely keep in touch with friends and family - you need someone rooting for you when you feel devastated by breakup.
Also do that ‘thing’ you gave up for your ex partner because they didn't like doing it. You know, they hated a sport, hobby, etc., that you stopped doing. Go back and pick it up again.
Or try that new thing you always wanted to try but your ex wasn't interested in. Shake up your life a bit and shake them right out of your heart.
Happy Monday, Pam x
