Sadness for no real reason, the winners...
Fab to see Brit awards winners - so much homegrown talent! And funny & strange moments - Rob Brydon best one-liner when paired with Will.i.am, gorgeous Lana Del Ray & bizarre acceptance speech, Rihanna and her dancers were fantastic, Blur were amazing - can't wait to see them. And *yay* for Adele and her first speech talking about self acceptance - accept yourself! And be your best possible self!
James Corden is skilled at getting people onside especially when he's been criticised at other times for not being the best possible host. Loved it when he had people walk in front of the camera - handled beautifully!
Are you feeling sadness that you can't really identify where it's coming from? It's not like you just broke up with a partner or lost your job - or didn't get a Brit award! - but you have this sense of feeling sad too much that time.
I've just posted a new article about this [sorry guys it was written for women that you can use the tips to] - check it out at "hot off the press" on my homepage.
This is a modern plague - feeling sad without any real reason - I think one of the main culprits is the fact we are switched on so many hours of the day - mobiles, social networking, etc.
We do not respect a bit of peace and quiet the way previous generations did. We expect life to be a roller coaster but I think many of us are paying for it.
TODAY’S TIP: switch off your mobile and refuse to check your social networking sites for at least one hour during the day. If you feel withdrawal symptoms from it like anxiety then you definitely need to do this!
