Getting prepared...
I hope you don't have that Christmas day 'hangover' - emotional or otherwise... so many people get it!
If you're thinking ahead to New Year's resolutions then I’ve written an article in today's Express newspaper with tips that’ll actually help you keep them! Check-a-look if you tend to fall by the wayside - as most people do after ONLY the first four days - gotta try harder than that!
TODAY’S TIP: get organized so that whatever you’re resolving to change, or stop, you're fully prepared to make these changes. The more prepared you are, the more likely you'll be successful.
For instance if you want to resolve not to have so many arguments with your partner ask to sit down with them when calm.
Discuss the sorts of things that set you two off bickering or even rowing.
Chat about how these things can be prevented.
Plan little things like each day telling the other how much you care for them.
Put in place regular 'date nights' etc.
If you plan and follow such steps hopefully you can keep your resolution!
