The all important PC muscle workout
To enhance your ‘staying power’ as a man and your orgasms [!] for both men and women you should work-out your PC muscle every day.
The pubococcygeous muscle (PC) runs from the pubic bone at the frot down through the perineum up towards the bottom in both men and women.
Identify your PC muscle through squeezing it as if to stop yourself 'spedig a pey'. Also try squeezing the muscles around your bum. Contracting this whole area is important.
It only takes a little time to work it out - squeeze it gently for 2 to 3 seconds for 10 repetitions. Build to 20 repetitions, twice daily, for the rest of your life!
You can do these sitting, standing or lying down and no one will know you're doing them. They're also perfect for women after childbirth to recover their pre-birth vaginal strength.
