A right laugh, boost your endorphins....
Looking forward to doing an interview with the radio presenter Simon Lederman on BBC Radio London just after 5:45 PM this evening - we're tackling the big topic about sinlge women who are thinking about getting fertility treatment because they don't have a partner to have a baby with. I already chatted about this difficult and complicated issue this morning on BBC Three Counties Radio.
Had delicious steak frites last night on the Southbank - love a tasty steak but that's my meat fix for the next few days - like to keep red meat to once or twice a week only. But the company was even better than the food - a right laugh - giggled alll evening.
Speaking of gigglingoff to see the recording of Robin Ince and Brian Cox's show tonight. Robin is both incredibly funny and intelligent - go to check him out if you don't know his comedy.
So Demi has kicked Ashton into touch? Don't blame her - she doesn't need a love rat like him - gorgeous love rat granted. Things must;'ve been beyond repair. - I wish her well - she needs to be strong for her family.
TODAY’S TIP: But back to giggling - please do have a laugh today because laughter boosts endorphins - and endorphins are those feel-good brain hormones.
A lot of people are feeling stressed out - work issues, worried about Christmas spending, etc., so it's definitely worth watching your favourite sitcom or buying a comedy DVD to get your endorphins pumping through your system - and you'll feel a bit better.
Have a lovely weekend, Pam x
