The tragedy in Japan, sexual confidence, she didn't know what was hitting her...
Horrifying images coming out about the huge earthquake in Japan. Absolutely heartbreaking to see and although I've never been there, through family I have connections to Japan and we’re sending all of our love, hope and wishes to them.
Scientists have said that the magnitude of 8.9 is the biggest earthquake the world has seen in 140 years. I simply can't imagine how terrifying that would be. Tragically they say there may be massive after-shocks and a second tsunami. The Japanese had already sent a big rescue team to help stricken New Zealand - I'm sure the people of NZ are stadning side-by-side in spirit with the Japanese on this very sad day.
Away from such tragedy and glad to read Kate Moss is going to try and give up her fag habit - I wish her loads of success!
Over to the agony I did last night on Newstalk radio - the programme is Davenport After Dark - we were chock-a-block with questions. There was one theme that ran through many of them - a lack of confidence about how to get over a sex issue.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: the thing about having a sexual worry is it strikes right to your core - it puts you under so much pressure and that's why people often want to pretend things are okay.
One tip to start handling practically any bedroom dilemma is to make clear in your own mind what is going on. Once you’re clearer you can prepare for how you want to handle it with your partner.
Before the agony slot last night met up with some friends in Soho - they brought along a friend who happens to be an EastEnders writer - omg you know what a shameful than I am. Of course they're under threat of being 'sent to the Tower of London' if they talk about storylines - but I don't care about future storylines I want to talk about what's going on now! This poor writer didn't know what was hitting her - I could've chatted all evening about 'the square'.
It's Friday so here's a little tuneful recommendation for you - is there any end to Example’s talents? He reminds me so much of Dizzee! Check out his collab Unorthodox with Wretch 32 - at first it sounds so much like going back in time to Run-D. M.C.
I've just posted a new relationships article today in "hot off the press" on my homepage. It's a few thoughts on when you think your partner reflects badly on you...unfortunately a fairly common relationship dilemma - the likelihood of the feeling this way increases over time. Check it out if you think that's happening to you.
Have a happy weekend, Pam X
