More bad behaviour, hot older guys, our bad sides...
Have just posted a new "your e-mail of the week" from Stacey. It's no laughing matter in bed with her boyfriend. Click on the "Gold Star" on my homepage to read her question and my answer.
Surprise, surprise another man who can’t be satisfied with the woman in his life - Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria has filed for divorce after finding evidence of her husband's affairs. What a fool he is!
On my weekly iVillage.co uk blog I've answered a man's question about his wife's menopause - if you're a man worried about this - and for him it's impacted on their sex life - do take a look.
Had a lovely dinner out with a group of fabulous women - Dr Dawn Harper (of Embarrassing Bodies), Julie Peasgood, Paula Hall of Relate and Sarah, Bridget and Anna - we've been working together on a project. Sometimes it's lovely to just be all girls together!
Over to The Apprentice and Sandeesh proved too nice for the task. There's a vast world of difference between those who bleat on about how great they are - but are far from true leaders - like Stuart (I'm sorry but he’s a bit of a fool). And those who quietly get on with something like Sandeesh – but who also don't have the stuff of business acumen and leadership.
If I was Lord Sugar I'd get a new production team next year - ones who can choose the masterful to the Machiavellian when it comes to business. Now that would be an interesting programme to watch - because who’d end up winning the top job - truly gifted young business people or some way and manipulative ones?
Nigel Havers has always been one of those older hot guys - here's hoping he doesn't let himself down in the celebrity jungle.
I once interviewed him on LBC when he was doing that ITV series about older guys (don't recall its name but it was about eight years ago) and he was utterly charming. I'd been told to go gently with him as his wife at the time was struggling with cancer - and she did pass away and he has since remarried.
As if I would do anything else but go gently with someone like Nigel - let's face it when you're in the presence of a Class A Charmer, as an interviewer sometimes you can be putty in their hands.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: I've interviewed, worked with and met a fair few celebrities and sometimes you do feel let down by the reality. He wasn't one of them. But he's human and we all have our less-good sides, don't we?
It's all about recognising them and trying to understand, manage and improve them. Crikey, I know I try!
It's almost the weekend! Have fun, Pam x
