Flirting, so thin she'll disappear, time to grieve and heal, happy tunes...
I've just posted an article on flirting when you'rein a relationship - uh oh, don't get into trouble - check out "hot off the press" on my homepage.
Kate Middleton's getting so thin she's disappearing before our eyes. I know what it's like to be stressed and the weight drops off but she's such a natural beauty it’d be a shame if she ends up looking anorexic - not a good look or a good role model and it goes without saying extremely bad for her health.
I'm looking forward to the week of the Royal wedding when I'm doing some fun body language ‘activity’ - will keep you posted.
Sending more hope and strength to the long-suffering people of Japan - these massive 'after-shocks' - really full-blown earthquakes - must be terrifying.
Amanda Holden is either being incredibly positive - or when she's in front of the cameras she’s finding the strength to put her best foot forward. Considering she's gone through the most awful tragedy of losing a second baby - "horrifying" in her own words - she might be tempted to hide away.
I really hope her punishing work schedule doesn't take her backwards making it hard for her to grieve her loss. She needs bags of energy to look after herself and she and her husband need to look after each other while they heal.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: we're not very good in our society about looking after our emotional needs. We feel such pressure to carry on as before when something traumatic happens. I've worked with many who have forged on after some sort of trauma and end up going into a mental/emotional collapse... so please look after yourself if you've gone through something challenging. Be a little gentle and kind to yourself. Take the time you need to recover - in balance with rebuilding a normal life.
On to some happy tunes for you... finally got a copy of The Vaccine's album - a definite mood booster. And for something different check out the new Sleigh Bells ’ tune - Tell’Em - what a track!
The sunshine has managed to hang around a bit - enjoy it while it lasts, Pam x
