Completely hyped & hang on to those friendships...
Had a completely fab time out at BBLB last night. Emma Willis interviewed me about the mood in the Big Brother house and also about John James and Josie - so much to say, so little time. She's got to be one of the nicest presenters I've ever met.
I had to avoid caffeine because I was on my hay fever medicine that makes me completely hyped. The runners kept offering me tea and coffee - and I was like, "no way, I'll be high as a kite!"
If you're curious about how many friends you have and what it might say about your personality take a look at my article in today's Daily Express. I based it on some research out about the numbers of friends we have - and how they can help you live longer.
I'd die without my friends - they mean so much to me - and one of the biggest compliments I ever had was from one of my oldest friends who said I was the most loyal friend she'd ever known. I'll never forget that!
TODAY’S THOUGHT: loyalty is crucial to friendship and also not being judgmental. It's amazing to know you can tell your oldest friends anything and they won't come back at you, judging you. Instead they’re supportive.
Think about it the next time a friend confides in you. Are you going to you immediately tell them they've made a bad decision? Or are you going to listen calmly and patiently? I hope it's the latter!
I thought Cheryl Cole looked amazing pictured in the press today. She's finally put some weight back on and looks better than before she had malaria. Hopefully she won't let herself get so stressed and thin again now that she's on the mend.
Loved listening to The Young Guns playing in the Radio One, Maida Vale studios coming back in the car from BBLB last night. They're headed to the top and already opening on the main stage at, I think, Reading.
Time for work, take care, Pam X
