Yay, good news about chocs!
Happy June! Ha ha…blimey, I put two duvets on last night!
I love Tuesday mornings because I look forward to my weekly ‘agony’ slot on Tom Dunne’s Dublin news talk show. Tom is simply one of the most generous radio presenters I've ever worked with. Between you and me, occasionally some presenters get a guest on and then do all the talking themselves!
If you've got a dilemma then definitely listen in on the Net and you can text or e-mail your dilemma.
If you happen to be going through a divorce or breakup see my "good divorce guide" on iVillage.co.UK today. I've included some of my top tips for getting through it without being totally devastated.
Talk about dilemmas of the most massive and profound magnitude - I still can’t bring myself to listen to the news or read in the newspaper about the Gulf of Mexico disaster. I'm trying my darndest to do every little bit in our home to be green - and it'll take every single one of us, doing our bit, to make even the tiniest impact on how that disaster's going to affect our planet.
So how about some good news? Evidently there's chocolate that keeps wrinkles away! As I'm a chocoholic (I eat it every day and in fairly big qualities) a girlfriend sent me an article that listed the chocs that are good for the skin. How good is that?! They include: Prestat’s Choxi Acticoa, Thornton’s Antioxi Dark Berryboost and Guylain’s Extra Seashells…hey, I'm up for any of those.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: my motto is: a treat a day keeps the doctor away! Life's too short not to have some little treats every day. From some delicious chocolate melting slowly on my tongue, to a gossip with a girlfriend - I boost my happiness levels by having as many treat everyday as possible. And you should too!
Does Lady Gaga’s track Alejandro vaguely remind you an Abba track?? Had too many late nights this weekend and I can’t think which. I'm going to be posting a new "your e-mail of the week" soon, so if you can think of it please e-mail me the name of that track!
Love, Pam X
