It's enough to turn you grey...
So many articles in the press about grey hair of all things – what’s the fascination!? I commented in today’s Express newspaper about that beautiful 45-year-old model whose gone completely grey.
And all the papers have pics of the Prime Minister greying before our very eyes. Hardly surprising with the legacy he was left with - it's enough to turn him grey!
Let's not get so hung up on this - our youth oriented society is deplorable. I always look to my "elders and betters" for advice.
I'm selecting a new "your e-mail of the week" to post later today. I've been getting through loads of dilemmas - thanks for those honest stories - but please feel free to also send through comments about current issues or things like music recommendations. LATER TODAY - have just posted my answer to Allana's query about fancying a bald guy - check it out.
Will be writing like mad today as I have two newspaper features to complete - will let you know when they're published as they're both on topics super-relevant to most people..
Ha ha, I had one of those moments when out with friends last night when I bumped into a television actor on my way to the loo. You know the kind of thing where you're about to say "hi" because you think you know them - and then you realise you know their face! Sorry, I can't think of his name but he's always on things like the Bill and Casualty and other television dramas.
Just booking up tix for the Edinburgh Festival when we're going to see some comedy later in August. Will let you know what I end up booking and recommend.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: I always use comedy to boost my mood. If I've had a tough day I'll always choose whether the comedy channels to watch. If you've got stress in your life definitely try it. A good laugh boosts those wonderful, mood-enhancing endorphins.
Take care, Pam X
