Pinching recipes and hypnotherapy...
Yikes, work got the better of me yesterday and I didn't get a new "your e-mail of the week" posted - but will definitely get one up after meetings this morning. HAVE JUST POSTED NEW ONE!
I'm very excited to have been booked for this Wednesday's BBLB (7th July) seeing as I couldn't go in last Wednesday. I adore Mr Lamb and it would be nice to meet Emma Willis who's like a pretty child doll on television. It'll be fun!
Come on Murray - you can do it!
Went lovely summer drinks and bites at a friend's last night - why do some people have such flare with making tidbits and hors d'oeuvres? Everything looked beautiful and tasted yummy -l I'm going to steal her tasty ideas for my next barbecue! Do you think I can just pinch her little ideas or do I have to tell her?!
I'm thinking about learning hypnotherapy techniques. I know how to use deep relaxation techniques with clients with phobias - but I haven't had hypnosis training and it's always fascinated me. It's squeezing in these things when life seems to sweep you away.
And no, I don't want to be like the Little Britain "Kenny Craig" character - "look into my eyes, the eyes, the eyes, not the face, etc." Matt Lucas at his best! Although it might be hilarious to speak to a client like that! :-)
Wonder if you've done any training courses? I'll post up the most unusual training course someone has done if you e-mail them over!
TODAY’S THOUGHT: I try and learn something new if not every day than every week. Just something little that will keep the brain cells firing – sometimes I learn a passage in a play so that my brain stays active! Got any good ideas? My mum was a whiz at crossword puzzles and did them till her very last days. Personally, I'm rubbish at crosswords... and Suduko come to think of it!
Great summer tunes coming from M.I.A. and Mark Ronson - yay, loving summer vibes!
Till later when I post one of your e-mails, love, Pam X
