Keep your nose out, BBLB, hey good-looking...
Today on my iVillage.co.uk blog I discuss whether or not a friend should stick her nose into other friends' business. The N.I.B. "syndrome" (nose in business) is a tricky one. If a friend is endangering themselves then, yes, you should stick your nose in but in this case I think she needs to stand back. Take a look if you're going through this dilemma.
Will head out later to Borehamwood and the Big Brother house studio - the team out there is always completely fab - and BBLB has been quirky and fun this year. I'm not giving away what we're talking about - top secret until 6 PM tonight on E4.
Today I gave some quotes to the Daily Mail about women between the ages of 27 to 40 feeling very frisky. Research says this has a lot to do with their biological clock going off and so wanting more sexual activity. One fascinating thing to come out of it is the fact that they fantasise more and have racier fantasies. I always cheer on those fantasies - they can super-boost your sex life!
I was surprised to read yesterday that the waxwork of Boris Johnson gets more kisses than George Clooney - definitely a case about beauty being in the eye of the beholder. I know who I'd go for it! It'd be George for me.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: that this tells me that we are all attracted by unique qualities in other people. There is no standard for beauty. What one person finds attractive, another won't.
It's heartbreaking hearing from so many women who feel they're not attractive enough - when so often they have their own beautiful features as well as a good heart, sense of humour, kindness, and lots of other good things.
Treasure those things about yourself - they last longer than any physical beauty! Love, Pam X
