Don't believe all the gossip...
After a lazy Sunday lunch (no one can be bothered to clear up) were asked to see Angelina Jolie in Salt - hope it's better than some of the reviews make it sound! And then we'll get to the clearing up this evening.
Have been enjoying a good read in bed this morning with Sebastian Faulks's new book "A Week in December" - rather a different storyline for him.
As this is brief, also had a good look at the Sunday papers and besides various commentating about the Pope's visit there is so much gossip. Am fascinated by "the spy in a sports bag" story that even the Sunday Times would have us believing was an autoerotic asphyxiation sex game gone wrong.
Don't believe it for a minute. I'm not usually one for conspiracy theories but seeing as he was working in a highly sensitive area, sounds like he was killed by some group who didn't like what he was working on - some enemy of our country wanted to bump him off and send a message to our spy services.
Honestly, I don't buy him getting aroused by some sort of sports-bag sexplay. Feel sorry for his family having to listen to all these lurid tales.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: a very brief thought today - as we're getting ready to go to the cinema - if there's gossip going around about you, that's not very nice, then it's best to ignore it.
I hope his family will choose to ignore all that's written about him - the more you protest, more you fuel that fire or fan the flames - whatever that saying is.
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday, Pam X p.s. will let you know what I thought about Salt tomoz
