Are stressed out man? Sex and relationships of the rich and famous...
Memo to the men: are you near burnout and keeping quiet about it? Sadly far too many men hate owning up to being terribly stressed. My article about this has gone live on MSN UK's Him channel - there's a fair few tips for you if you feel things are getting too much.
Please don't suffer in silence - it doesn't make you less of a man to admit you're struggling with everything you've caught on your plate. It makes it far worse to struggle in silence. I practice stress relief tips every day - couldn't live without them!
Over to sex chat - last night we had a lively discussion about everything from the ‘Queen of the cougars’ Joan Collins to Ashton Kutcher behaving badly - to Gene Simmons of Kiss having claimed to bed nearly 5000 women - and even to Edwina Curry talking about how sexy her husband's voice is.
Let's Talk Sex is presented by Helen Croydon and I join her on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 1045 to chat about celeb relationships - and what we might learn from them. It's on Sky Channel 275.
TODAY’S TIP: but back to man and stress [btw, I've written plenty of articles for women] - my very first tip to you is this weekend sit back, look through your diary for the last week or so, and be ruthless about deciding where you wasted time.
Time is critical to becoming less stressed. Identify what wastes your time and you're more likely to save some of that precious stuff!
Make a mental note or an actual list of the things that wasted your time and be aware of those cropping up in coming weeks - say no to them, make your excuses or be honest, just give yourself more time over the next few weeks.
Have a lovely weekend, woot, friends are cooking for us so I won't be poisoning anyone!
Happy Saturday, Pam x
