Celeb news, goings on, harsh reality....
Hope you had an amazing weekend enjoying the weather - apart from if you were in Scotland - had a text from a pal up there saying it was raining - boo!
So looking forward to starting my new showbiz and celebrity relationships slot on Body in Balance TV soon. The presenter Helen Croydon and I are going to talk about celebrity relationships and what we can learn from them. Will keep you posted when the new programmes go live.
Over to Downton Abbey – ahhh, Mary did the right thing by not upsetting Matthew over his engagement... but I'm sure it's not over yet. It was tragic to see Lang fall apart from his PTSD. And Bates back? Fingers crossed for that romance!
The harsh reality of reality TV...was so sad Jade didn't get through to Kelly's four and Joe didn't get through to Gary's last four on X Factor last night - incredible voice at only 17. But the rest seemed fairly predictable. Just so wrong for 16-year-old Luke to be put under so much pressure and not get through. Maybe they should rethink the age groups.
TODAY’S TIP: if you've just faced some sort of rejection you have to take it on the chin - we all face rejection. I couldn't count the amount times I've faced it!
But it's true - whatever doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. You've got to learn from whatever the situation was.
The main piece of analysis should be: Could you have done something better/different? Or was it beyond your control?
If you could've done something better than make sure you do so next time around.
If it was beyond your control then that's just part of life and you need to let it go.
Good luck with moving forward, Pam x
