What's your 'real age' compared to your biological age, men in uniform....
I mentioned yesterday about being in love with two men at the same time [not me! This was from a survey] and in today's Sun newspaper I've commented about this and they've got a super-honest interview with a woman, Louise, who's in this situation - worth a read if you're going through it.
On to aging ...do you feel younger - or maybe older - than your biological age? You can compare your biological age with your "mental attitude” with my quiz in today's Express newspaper. I teamed up with GP Rosemary Leonard to devise it.
This is a big issue for many - the idea came from Strictly Come Dancing contestant Nancy Dell'Olio who says age is just a number - and she feels much younger than her biological age.
She's absolutely right - age is just a number - there are vast differences between people of the same biological age - in mental attitude, lifestyle and health choices - as well as how youthful they look.
When it comes to mental attitude - the way you act and feel - it often varies with the company you're in. Hands up - when out with some of my pals I have a complete lark. But with more serious friends I don't lark about as much. It's not about being a different person, just knowing who you can 'let your hair down with'.
I'm sure you know what I mean - and you find yourself acting differently with certain friends.
TODAY’S TIP: You only live once and you should live life how you want to - and not care about things like your biological age - if you feel well, fit, healthy, and youthful then relish it.
Don't let anyone try and bring you down with things like "aren't you too old for that?"
Remember no one’s the right to tell you these things - embrace the way you feel - I plan to grow old disgracefully.
And if you feel older than your years take a look at the stress in your life and how you can relax and chill out more.
Love the headlines about Cheryl Cole falling for a soldier... who doesn't like a man in uniform, eh? For a satellite telly report I once got to fly with the crew of in Lynx helicopter...was floating on cloud nine for weeks afterwards.
Happy Wednesday, Pam x
