You think it's a dream come true - and handled well it would be - but it's not as easy as you think! Sounds crazy for me to say but such vast wealth brings vast problems at the same time...and you only need to look at the rich and famous to see they have as many problems as the rest of us.
I once knew someone who inherited a shed load of money out of the blue and as they had a shopaholic nature they frittered it away and ended up deeply depressed, full of guilt and self-loathing.
Evidently Cheryl Cole never wanted to divorce Ashley - despite the terrible, degrading way he treated her. But I'm not surprised as I've met countless people who have stayed in poisonous relationships when they deserve so much more.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: the problem is a toxic relationship becomes like an addiction... your partner is hurtful, they treat you badly, and then suddenly they can’t be nice enough. Being on the receiving end of this unpredictable behaviour leaves you completely confused and starts eating away at your self-esteem.
And for some reason many of us are overly-optimistic and we keep giving more chances than we should to someone who treats us badly.
If I could give you one tip on this topic it's this: if someone's treating you in a way you wouldn't treat them then you might be slipping into this sort of relationship!
